Work your Best: Relax and Rest

What an excellent way to spend 90-minutes. Practise with small groups (maximum of 13 students per session) of like-minded people who simply want to enjoy learning how to do what they know is good for them.

Here’s what we do:

  • Great physical exercise doing physically demanding, and mentally stimulating yoga postures
  • Maximising your breath control when exercising and relaxing: inside and outside the sessions
  • Yoga Mindfulness and Meditation to rest and settle your mind and body
